Terms of Service for CreatedByJM.com

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.createdbyjm.com and the services offered by Created by JM.

By accessing or using the Site and services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Covered

Services include:

  • Brand Presence Audits

  • Monthly Retainer Services (Essentials, Growth, Partner)

  • Custom Branding Projects

  • One-Off Design Requests

Services are described on the Site and delivered after payment and, where applicable, completed intake forms.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Audit fees are one-time and due at purchase.

  • Retainers are monthly subscription services with auto-pay.

  • Retainers require a 3-month trial period before cancellation.

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through Squarespace Commerce.

You are responsible for accurate billing information. Failure to pay may suspend services.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Audits are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment. After this period, you may cancel at any time.

  • No refunds are issued once payment has processed.

  • By purchase you are agreeing to the set charge and no refunds will be given.

5. Scope and Changes

Services are delivered based on scope described in product pages and agreements. Additional work outside the scope may incur extra fees.

We reserve the right to modify service offerings or pricing, with notice to subscribers where required.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All original materials created by Created by JM remain our property until paid in full.

  • Upon full payment, deliverables are licensed to you for use in your organization’s materials.

  • We retain the right to display work in portfolios and marketing.

7. Confidentiality

We may access proprietary, personal, or confidential information as part of service delivery. We agree to keep such information confidential and only use it to deliver services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Created by JM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
